Improving Access to Safe Drinking Water in Priority Watersheds

Cargill Currents is a GWC and Cargill partnership platform that works to address water challenges and advance water security in priority communities and basins around the world.

Initial investments have benefited over 150,000 people with improved WASH access and community empowerment in Cargill’s priority communities.

The program advances water security, promotes economic development, and delivers multiple socio-economic and sustainability co-benefits, including improved community health, improved farmer livelihoods, women’s empowerment, and community resilience to climate change.
