Within the water-stressed drinking water distribution network of San Cristobal de las Casas in Chiapas México, GWC leads a multi-phase water productivity effort implemented by Ciudadanos por la Acción Territorial de la Cuenca del Valle de Jovel (CATCVJ) in partnership with local water utilities and municipalities.
By focusing on leak detection and repair, the project significantly reduces non-revenue water, improves system efficiency, and strengthens reliable water supplies for thousands of people in urban and peri-urban communities.
